These terms apply to the Peregra private beta, developed and operated by Craig Rutter under the Elseward brand. By using the beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Beta status
Peregra is under active development. Features, file formats and Google integrations may change. Beta users should keep independent copies of important resources and verify exported material before sharing it in a live lesson.
Permitted use
You may use Peregra for lawful educational and professional purposes. You must not use it to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, upload malicious material, interfere with Google or Apple services, or access information you are not authorised to use.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for content you create, import or share. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content. Teachers and organisations are responsible for complying with applicable school policies, safeguarding procedures, copyright requirements and data-protection obligations.
Google and third-party services
Optional Google Drive and Google Classroom features require a Google account and user authorisation. Google and Apple services are governed by their own terms and may be changed or unavailable independently of Peregra. Peregra performs Google actions only when directed by the signed-in user.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Elseward is not responsible for indirect loss or for loss caused by unavailable third-party services, unsupported files, user error, or failure to keep a separate copy of important content.
Suspension and ending access
Access to the private beta may be suspended or withdrawn where needed for security, compliance, maintenance or misuse. You may stop using Peregra at any time and follow the data deletion instructions.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be dated here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
