Help with Peregra
Support
For help, beta feedback or a bug report, email support@peregra.co.uk.
Before reporting a problem
- Confirm the iPad is running iPadOS 17 or later.
- Install the latest available Peregra beta build.
- For drawing issues, confirm Apple Pencil is connected and working in another Pencil-compatible app.
- For Google issues, open the Google integration screen and check the connected account and permission status.
Google sign-in or Picker appears again
Google may request confirmation when a session expires, permissions change, access is revoked, or iPadOS clears the browser session used by Google Picker. Reconnect from the Google integration screen. Peregra never asks you to type a Google password directly into the app.
A Drive resource will not import
Use Insert → Google Drive and choose the file through Google Picker. Supported teaching resources include PDFs, images, Google Docs, Google Slides and supported presentation files. Google-native documents are exported to PDF before their pages are placed on the canvas.
Classroom courses or posts do not appear
- Check that the connected account is a teacher on the course.
- Check that the local Peregra class is linked to the intended Classroom course.
- Workspace administrators may need to allow Peregra before a managed school account can connect.
- Creating a material requires the appropriate Classroom permissions and a PDF saved to Drive.
What to include in a report
Please include the iPad model, iPadOS version, Peregra version, the action you attempted, and a screenshot or short screen recording where possible. The in-app diagnostics tool can prepare technical details without including OAuth tokens.
Privacy and deletion
